    IYT Worldwide appoints new school in Ft. Lauderdale Florida

     

    International Yacht Training Worldwide is very pleased to announce the appointment of Professional Yachtmaster Training (PYT) as the exclusive provider for the following IYT training courses in Ft Lauderdale, Florida:

     MCA approved Master of Yachts Coastal,
    MCA approved Master of Yachts 200 Tons Limited,
    MCA approved Master of Yachts Unlimited,
    MCA approved Small Powerboat & RIB Master,
    MCA approved Yacht Rating,
    MCA approved Megayacht Crew, and
    IYT Professional Superyacht Hospitality.

     

    Based in South Africa, Professional Yachtmaster Training have been a partner school successfully offering IYT courses since 2001 and are also approved to offer a variety of other courses at their Durban school including the British Maritime & Coastguard Agency (MCA) for the following:

     

    OOW:             GMDSS

    Navigation & Radar

    General Ship Knowledge

    Advanced Sea Survival

    Master:            Seamanship

                            Business and Law

                            Navigation

     

    Courses are scheduled to commence from April 29th (see below) with new course dates being scheduled according to demand. Provisional dates for IYT Master of Yachts courses in Fort Lauderdale are:
